With sweeping views across the water from both the balcony and the bedroom windows, the river feels like a constant companion throughout your stay — an ever-changing backdrop from first light to last.

Spacious enough for a family or group of friends, the cottage offers a super king bedroom for pure indulgence, a comfortable double, and two single beds — perfect for children or extra guests. Everyone gets a proper night’s sleep.

The cottage

Inside, the cottage strikes the balance between cosy and modern. Curl up in front of the log burner on cooler evenings, catch up on your favourite shows on the smart TV, and make the most of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine — because holidays should be relaxing, not a battle with laundry.

After a day out exploring, retreat to the sauna and let the week fully melt away. The cottage features two bathrooms: one with a bath and overhead shower, and a second with a large walk-in shower — so there’s never a queue in the morning.

Location & surroundings

The market town of Llandysul is just a short stroll away, with its independent shops, cafés, and the famous white-water rapids that attract kayakers from across the country. Just across the road from the cottage you’ll find a handy local shop — great for picking up breakfast essentials, snacks, or an evening bottle of wine without getting back in the car.

The surrounding Teifi Valley offers some of west Wales’s finest countryside walks, with the river path practically on your doorstep. From here, the Ceredigion coast, the Cambrian Mountains, and the charming towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are all within easy reach.

Please note that there is a camera by the balcony, this is to watch the rivers level for safety purposes.
