Entering into this lovely cottage is a very welcome surprise, with a contemporary interior providing an airy yet cosy feel. The lounge area, with super views, has a warming wood burner making this an excellent home all year round. There is a ground floor double bedroom leading from the left of the lounge, but the rest of the room flows into the open-plan kitchen/diner. 

The kitchen area is very well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area is perfect for a sunny breakfast or a more formal evening meal and enjoys lovely rural views. This leads to an internal hallway with a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine and an additional freezer. There are stairs from the lounge to a half landing, one side splits to the right and the fantastic master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Taking the left there are two further bedrooms, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a twin room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside to the garden area, with steps to your own private hot tub. A perfect spot for taking in the magnificent views during the day or star-gazing in the evening. Patio and lawn with enough space for the energetic to burn off some excess energy. Private parking for 3 cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20 for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
